Kanso Collective is a founder-led studio. We keep data collection minimal and only use what you send us on purpose.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we receive the fields you submit: name, email, optional company, project type, and message. That data is delivered to us by FormSubmit.co so we can reply to your inquiry.

What we do not collect

We do not use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies on this site. Browsing our Design Type samples does not create a profile or ad audience.

How we use your data

Form submissions are used only to respond to your project inquiry, scope work, and follow up on a potential engagement. We do not sell or rent contact details to third parties.

Retention

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deliver your project or resolve an open inquiry, then delete it when it is no longer required for business or legal purposes.

Third parties

FormSubmit.co processes form delivery on our behalf. Their handling of that traffic is governed by their own privacy policy. Hosting and deployment providers may process standard server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and uptime.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you submitted. Email hello@kansocollective.shop and we will respond promptly.
